The Visitor Parking Challenge

Residents can book parking for genuine visitors within the rules set by Building Management, while the bollards physically protect the allocated VPS bays from unauthorised use.
The site also retains 12 open visitor bays, providing a practical mix of controlled and open parking while giving residents additional overflow capacity during busier periods.
The platform gives Building Management visibility over bookings, overstays, unauthorised activity and overall visitor parking demand without relying on manual checks alone.
